Academic Activity Calendar is prepared in the beginning of the session and strict adherence is ensured. The courses are unitized and ICT assisted teaching is encouraged. Faculty has also been given training on preparing power point presentations and handling LCD projectors. A few classrooms have smart boards to encourage effective learning and more efficient educational services. Teachers provide academic as well as personal counseling to students in the departments or as active members of Guidance and counseling cell. Focus is majorly on the Learner centric pedagogy by introducing frequent field visits, educational tours, site visits, projects etc. The newly introduced evaluation system of the P.G. curriculum is encouraging continuous internal assessments. Faculty and students make frequent use of library resources, computers and e-learning material. The institution offers encouragement and motivation to the faculty for improving quality through knowledge and skill up gradation. Their participation/paper presentations are promoted by providing duty leaves/financial assistance to them. Faculties are members of various professional bodies and these linkages have helped in enhancing the academic quality of the institution. Several seminars/workshops/conferences have been organized in last few years. In order to equip the faculty with global reforms and ICT demands, the college has provided training sessions. The college has shown excellent results and students have secured top merit ranks each year at the university level.
